Shipping policy
- Our shipments are handled by companies outside our control, such as FedEx and DHL.
- Delivery times to the USA are between seven (7) and ten (10) business days.
- Shipping costs may be modified by us without prior notice. This may be due to price increases from third parties, social conditions, and other factors; therefore, the price displayed will be the applicable price at the time of shipment.
- Our shipments will be made between Monday and Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as landslides, social unrest, or carrier delays.
